School of Forensic science is one of the foremost school of the University. School of Forensic Science provide hands-on training in the use of forensic tools and techniques, such as fingerprint analysis, DNA analysis, Multimedia analysis and crime scene investigation. The School provide students with a broad-based education that encompasses interdisciplinary projects and research. It provides opportunities to students to engage in research, both in the classroom and through independent projects. The school plays a collaborative role to strengthen criminal justice system by collaborative frameworks, exchange of ideas and trainings among academia, security agencies, industries and stake holders. The School also maintain ethical standards when engaging in consultancy and funded projects, including the need for impartiality, accuracy, and honesty in all aspects of forensic investigation.
